We are working on the new ISV USA Teacher Hub
At ISV USA, we believe communication is where great learning begins.
We have created a program full of of lively, interactive lessons that bring language to life and make every class an experience to remember. Our goal is to help students connect, communicate and have fun while learning- ensuring their study holiday is both memorable and rewarding.
For each lesson, here is where you will find:
Lesson Slides- colourful, ready to project visuals for your students
Teaching Notes- your step by step guide for the session
Each lesson is packed with dynamic content, real-world topics and eye-catching visuals to keep students engaged from start to finish. Of course, each teacher has their own flair- so feel free to personalise and adapt the lessons to make them your own!
Don't forget to have fun!
Course Structure
Games are an excellent way of creating a classroom atmosphere that is friendly and conducive to learning. They allow students to get to know one another, talk about themselves, practice forming sentences and engage in fun games that fosters classroom bonding.
These one-hour skills lessons help students develop key life skills through interactive activities. They focus on teamwork and problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making, creativity and innovation, leadership and responsibility, and time management. Students practise working together, thinking independently, and applying these skills in practical situations.
Each of these lessons lasts 1.5 hour and is centred around one of the following topics: Marketing, Arts, Science, Technology, Tourism, Law, History and Business. Through activities that focus on transversal competencies such as interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, critical and innovative thinking, media and information literacy and a sense of global citizenship, they are designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real world application and to prepare our students for their future.
These three-hour projects empower students to take ownership of their learning through collaborative, project-based activities. They foster autonomy, teamwork, project management, and independent research skills, while giving students meaningful opportunities to use English in a practical, real-world context.
These one-hour lessons introduce students to engaging facts and stories about the places they will visit, designed to spark curiosity and inspire their imagination. They also promote collaboration and teamwork through interactive peer-teaching activities.
